These hours were established to provide the upmost convenience for our patients' needs. As a courtesy to our patients, we confirm all appointments in advance. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we ask that you call the office to confirm your appointment time. We also have a facility that enables us to text or email confirmations to you. Except for emergency situations, you may expect to be seen on time. In return, we ask that you extend us the same courtesy. In the event that it is necessary for you to change an appointment, we require 48 hours advance notice. This will allow time for another patient in need of care to be seen.

Bus Routes

Public transport to the practice is available using bus numbers 29 (Sheffield-Upper Denby, 75, 87 (stagecoach) and 265(Barnsley bus) passing frequently every 10-15 minutes

Parking

We have extended our parking facilities at the rear of the practice. There is limited parking at the front of the building with a disabled space. You may also park on the main road and side streets.

Disabled Access

Four of our six surgeries are on ground floor level providing easier access for wheelchairs, prams, and the elderly.

Service

A recent survey showed that 95% of our clients were seen within 5 minutes of their appointment times. We do not like to keep you waiting.
